It's amazing how just the right music can lift your spirits so much. It happened earlier this evening on the train, and it's happening right now.
And that's about all I have to say. Well there was stuff about having a cold today and not doing any work, but that stuff is starting to get a little mundane.
Okay, well I still haven't got much work done, but the Hyper forums are back up and battlestar galactica should be starting some time soon. That's got to count for something.
I seem to be finding it rather difficult to actually seriously work on my project. So far I have about 250 words. And it's not really because I can't think of anything to type... just I can't seem to muster up the motivation to actually type it down. I really do need to get a hang of this concept of actually working at home.
I think I'll go watch some Digi Charat instead.
Hmmm, it seems that I haven't quite gotten the hang of Live Journal yet. I could have sworn I put up an entry, but it's not there.
Oh wait, there it is. Turns out I had to refresh my browser ^_^;;
So, the barbeque went off well and the weather was very nice. Though we did somehow manage to burn a whole lot of the food onto the barbeque, which took us about 30 minutes or so at the end to scrape off. I'm feeling very sore and tired today even though I didn't go to training last night. Weird.
I had a glorious post about the barbeque today, and spell-checked it. Unfortunately I pressed back on the browser, and thus wiping out my whole post.
Well, the quick general gist of what I intended to post was:
And then some other stuff which I just can't really be bothered repeating now that I've lost the moment.
So there you have it. Instead of a post complaining about the possible barbeque spoiling weather, you have a post lamenting a lost post.

So, it looks like I was bored enough to start a live journal. Well, I do have an hour to go before Stargate is on.
So... I have a Live Journal. And I suppose this requires some sort of obligatory whining. How about:
I spent $35 on a data cable that I've spent so much time finding and it doesn't work because it's for a C350 and not a C650. Woe is me. On the bright side, I have this USB light thing I got for $5.
Now, I just wonder if I'll actually keep this journal up. Most of my thoughts that go into my actual journal tend to be of the "Don't actually want to read myself let alone people I know, let alone random people on the internet".
Yeah, I suppose that's enough for my first entry.
